My name is Kate Ball and I am proud to welcome you to Coastal Montessori. I have worked in the early years sector for over 20 years with nearly half of that time spent in Montessori education. I have worked in all roles, from an education assistant to a teacher and then becoming the ELC Director in 2020. I have a developed a passion for the Montessori philosophy and the way it aligns with my own personal beliefs; that children are highly capable and deserve an environment of peace and respect.

My dream for the children who attend Coastal Montessori, is to embrace their individuality and develop a love of learning that will last a life time. I strive to be a role model to spread kindness, promote peace and learn together.
